Responsibilities:
• Manage, direct and oversee the implementation of the functions that are below it in order to run properly.
• Develop strategic planning and operational remedial programs and collection
• To evaluate the results of its work in the development and management of Accounts Receivable each branch.
• Coordinate the implementation of the management of Accounts Receivable in the branch.
• Receive and analyze reports.
• Analyze the efficiency and effectiveness of employees
Requirements:
• Age max 40 years old.
• Education min. S1 majoring in Economics (finance, business , accounting or statistics)
• Minimum 3 years experience as a Remedial & Collection Manager at multi-finance companies / Corporate Financing
• Knowing the techniques , strategies and management billing and withdrawals vehicles and able to manage risk management.
• Has leadership skills , interpersonal skills , good analytical , able to communicate well , skillfully negotiated , able to work alone and work in teams.
• Placement in Jakarta
