QUALITY ASSURANCE OFFICER
Responsiblities:
• Joint Audit team oversees the quality / service and operational quality of work done by each department goes according to SOPs / procedures are working properly
• Creating SOPs , work procedures , work instructions , and other related documents
• Exercise control and distribution company policy documents ( such as : SOP , SE , SK , etc. ) so that acceptable and can be used properly by each department and branch office -related
• Joint Head of QA monitoring of quality objectives
Requirements:
• Educational background in Accounting / Management / equivalent
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply ( preferably experience as a document control or in the same field )
• Understand ISO 9001:2008 ( value added / not absolute )
• Orientation to service and solutions
• Have good communication skills and proactive
• Having English skills ( min. non-verbal )
• Critical / sharp in analysis
• Willing special assignment to all branches LippoInsurance if needed ( within and outside the city )
• Work placement : Office LippoInsurance in Karawaci , Tangerang
CLAIM SERVICE CENTER
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for handling auto insurance claims customers
• To supervise the filing of a motor vehicle insurance claim from submission to completion of coordination with Headquarters and Workshops Partner
• Help handling the administrative process of filing insurance claims motor vehicle to the Central Office / Branch LippoInsurance
Requirements:
• Preferred educational background Automotive / Administration / equivalent
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply ( preferably experience in field service / customer service)
• Liked paperwork
• Master the basic techniques of computer applications ( such as : Ms . Word , Ms . Excel , etc. )
• Orientation to service and solutions
• Willing in rotation for placement in any area branch office LippoInsurance
• Active in English ( value added / not absolute )
• Critical / sharp in analysis
• Work placement : Shop Partner LippoInsurance in Greater Jakarta
