Head of Corporate Finance Division
Responsibilities:
• Control the preparation of the evaluation and recommendations on action plans and strategies related to corporate financial
• Control the preparation of long-term corporate financial planning
• Manage and control the company lending administration
• Control the payment guarantees administration to the gas suppliers
• Control funding structure evaluation following to the funding acquisition
• Manage the insurance coverage of company's assets
• Manage company's financial risk
• Manage the the company investment portfolio
General Requirements:
• Vice President Level
• Male / Female
• Possess Bachelor's degree majoring in relevant background
• Have the ability to speak in English fluently
Specific Requirements:
• Have a minimum of 10 (ten) years in the company that manages the finance, investment, insurance and company lending
• Have a strong relation in the money and capital market
• Have the ability in risk analyze, corporate finance, managing company's investment portfolio
• Have the ability to plan and manage company's finance
