CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP SPV
REQUIREMENTS:
• Male / Female, max. age 30 years old
• Minimum bachelor degree (S1), with GPA min. 3.00
• Preferably having prior experience in personal banking / call center/ hospitality industry
• Having creativity to develop customer loyalty programs as well as execute the program implementation
• Possess understanding to setup customer database system & knowledge about call center management system
• Good knowledge in developing standard operating procedure for the predefined business process
• Excellent communication skill, outgoing personality & customer friendly
• Energetic, creative (think out-of-the-box) & able to work independently
• Familiar with database is an advantage
• Confident to work with targets / strict deadlines & able to cope with the dynamic changes within the organization
• Fluent in English and Computer Literate (MS Office)
