Responsibilities:
• Manage logistics category in the area of warehousing, forklift, racking system, pallets, etc
• Develop good practice(s) in doing sourcing and service contracts : propose and execute RFQ, negotiations and establish contracts.
• Establish a supplier performance assessment system and monitor the service provider’s performance.
• Contribute to the application of the division purchasing strategy.
• Application of existing and development of new tools & methodology
• Development and implementation of best practices
• Benchmarking within other business units of the group.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree (S1), Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Industrial), Economics, Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Purchasing / Inventory / Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.

2. Income Tax Payroll Supervisor
Jakarta
Responsibilities:
• Compile data for monthly tax return PPh 21
• Reconciliation data SAP, Payroll and Tax
• Perform tax payment (SSP)
• Oversee reporting SPT manual and e-spt, in collaboration with all Plant / Depo Controller and HR
• Assisting in mapping / updating business process from payroll to tax reporting
• Assisting in preparing annual employee tax slip form 1721-A1
• Maintain data related employee income tax and non employee income tax
• Assisting in related payment voucher
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree (S1), Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Finance - Audit / Taxation or equivalent.
