Lowongan Kerja PT Astra Honda Motor, PT AHM or Astra Honda Motor is a prominent automotive company, running business in sole agent (ATPM) of Honda Motorcycle in Indonesia. Originally registered as PT Federal Motor in 1971. PT Astra Honda Motor was established in 2001 as a merger results of PT Federal Motor with its subsidiaries. At present, PT Astra Honda Motor is 50% owned by a diversified conglomerate PT Astra International Tbk and 50% by a Japanese Company Honda Motor Company Ltd. PT AHM is based in Jakarta and has 3 production facilities (Sunter, Pegangsaan Kelapa Gading, and Cikarang)

1. Management Trainee (Technical Service)

Requirements:
• Have passed / final semester S1 Mechanical Engineering
• Familiar with MS Office and Auto CAD
• Have a good communication and problem solving skills

2. Management Trainee (Sales Supervisor Area & Product Supervisor)

Requirements:
• Have passed / final semester S1 majoring in Industrial Engineering / Management / Psychology
• Willing to travel out of town
• Have the ability to communicate assertively and persuasively

3. Management Trainee (Channel Infrastructure Supervisor)

Requirements:
• Have passed / final semester S1 majoring in Architecture
• Have a good knowledge of 3D Max. AutoCad and Photoshop

4. Manegement Trainee (Customer Insight Analyst (HC3))

Requirements:
• Have passed / final semester S1 majoring in Psychology / Industrial Engineering / Statistics / Mathematics
• Have a good communication skill

5. Management Trainee (Supplier Evaluation & Master Data Analyst (BC))

Requirements:
• Have passed / final semester S1/S2 majoring in Accounting
• Have an understanding of financial statements
• Have an understanding and be able to analyze the condition of the macro / micro economics

6. Management Trainee (Parts Inventory Section Head)

Requirements:
• Have passed / final semester S1 majoring in Industrial Engineering
• Have a good knowledge of warehouse or packaging

7. Management Trainee (IT Analyst)

Requirements:
• Have passed / final semester S1 majoring in Informatics Engineering / Informatics Management / Computer Science / Information System / Industrial Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Accounting / Management
• Have a good knowledge of IT Infrastucture

Requirements:

Requirements:
• Have passed / final semester S1 majoring in Industrial Engineering
• Have a good technical skill

10. Management Trainee (Product Quality Engineering)

Requirements:
• Have passed / final semester S1 majoring in Mechanical Engineering / Material Engineering & metallurgical / Aviation Engineering
• Knowing the techniques of measurement, testing and motorcycle driving techniques
• Knowing fixture design
• Knowing the general specifications, function design and manufacturing process of parts

11. Management Trainee (Current Model Cost Analyst (Cost Planning))

Requirements:
• Have passed / final semester S1 majoring in Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Engineering
• Able to explain the process of Manufacturing Parts
• Able to create planning and project control
• Familiar with MS Office

12. Management Trainee (Quality Technology Analyst)

Requirements:
• Have passed / final semester S1 majoring in Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Electronics Engineering / Chemical Engineering
• Able to read engineering drawings
• Knowing the various methods of testing
• Have a strong motivation to do improvisations

Requirements:

• Able to explain of manufacturing process
• Have a good understanding of engineering drawings

Requirements:

• Able to read engineering drawings
• Have a strong motivation to do improvisations

• Have a good command in English
• Interested in the field of advertising and promotion

General Requirements:
1. Have a good analytical and creativity
2. High initiative and good teamwork
3. Having a passion for the automotive world
4. Have a minimum GPA of 3.00
5. Work placement in Jakarta and Karawang
