Lowongan Kerja PT Mandiri Tunas Finance, PT MTF or Mandiri Tunas Finance is a rapidly growing automotive multifinace company in Indonesia, based in Jakarta. Originally registered as PT Tunas Financindo Corporation in 1989. PT Mandiri Tunas Finance was launched in 2008. PT Mandiri Tunas Finance is a joint veture company between the country's strongest bank in assets PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk and a publicly listed automotive distributor PT Tunas Ridean Tbk, respectively with share ownership of 51% and 49%.

PT Mandiri Tunas Finance through Lowongan Kerja 2014 now seeking to recruit high caliber and dynamic individuals for the following challenging positions as:

1. Marketing Head (MH-BON)
2. Adminsitration Head (ADH-BON)
3. Colletion Head (COH-BON)
4. Recovery Head (RCH-SMD)

General Requirements:
• Min S1 with GPA min 2.75
• Max age 35 years old
• At least 2 years of experience in their field, preferably experienced in automotive financing company
• Have a high integrity and assertiveness
• Love a challenge and target oriented
• Have experienced in lead a team and strong willingness in building good teamwork
• Have experienced in handling executor/debt collector (3 & 4)
• Have a good relationship with local official, mass organizations and community leaders (3 & 4)
• Placement : Bontang (1, 2, 3), Samarinda (4)

5. Surveyor (CMO)
6. Field Collector (COL)
7. Credit Officer (CRO)

 General Requirements
• Min SMA with experienced min 1 year (5, 6)
• Min D3 with GPA min 2.75 (7)
• Max age 35 years (5, 6) and 30 years (7)
• Have experience in automotive company is a plus
• Have high integrity and loyalty to the company
• Committed and willing to work with target
• Able to work in a team and have high motivation
• Have a personal vehilce
