PT Unilever Indonesia through Lowongan Kerja 2014 we are looking for a professional candidate to fill the following positions:

1. Key Account Executive - Unilever Food Solutions - Jakarta

Job Description:
• Develops the overall respective customer strategies, lead and work out a joint customer business plan, the negotiation process of Trading Terms, and its review.
• Create account’s business strategies & plans, aligned to UFS Vision
• Coaching and Leading Key Account team
• Manages and develops strong business relationship with customers (Key Accounts)
• Implement in store activities and account projects, working closely with Trade Marketing
• Responsible for his / her account’s operational process in store level or / and Head Office level

Requirement:
• Bachelor degree, with minimum 5 years relevant Modern Trade Account Management (Account’s Head Office & Field Sales experience), in consumer goods industry
• Preferably having experience in managing Hypermarket accounts (Carrefour, Hero, Matahari)
• Proven people management capabilities
• Customer facing experience
• Ability to develop strategy, plan and implementing program of account plan (sell in) and end user promo (sell out) as well
• Fluency in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, & Power Point) is a must
• Fluency in English is a must

2. Assistant Logistic and Warehouse Manager - Jakarta

Requirement:
• Graduated with Engineering degree from reputable university with GPA > 3
• Have 1 – 2 years experience in logistic and knowledge in warehouse.
• Strong leadership and drive with minimum supervision.
• Fluent in English
• Have a good capability in numbers and analytical

3. Assistant Human Resources Manager - Indonesia

Description
• Unilever is implementing proactive approach in expanding our Talent Pool - to reach out to prospective candidates for future opportunities. We are now expanding our Talent Pool for Assistant Human Resources Manager.
• Human Resources Department in Unilever Indonesia have three big function:
• HR Operations (Recruitment, Training, Personnel Administration, Compensation & Benefit, HRIS)
• HR Business Partner
• HR Expertise Team (Leadership Development, Reward).

Key Requirement:
• Legal authorization to work in Indonesia
• Bachelor Degree from reputable university, GPA > 3.00
• 2-3 years HR experience, preferably from multinational companies.
• Fluency in English
• Good computer skills
• Strong communication & influencing skills

4. Assistant Finance Manager - Indonesia

Description:
• Unilever is implementing proactive approach in expanding our Talent Pool - to reach out to prospective candidates for future opportunities. We are now expanding our Talent Pool for Assistant Finance Manager.
• In general, Finance Department in Unilever Indonesia perform the role of controller and business partner for other departments, including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Corporate. They provide valuable and well analyzed financial inputs and control for the business.

Key Requirement:
• Legal authorization to work in Indonesia
• Bachelor Degree in Accounting from reputable university, GPA > 3.00
• 2-3 years Finance / Accounting experience, preferably from public accounting firm or multinational company.
• Fluency in English
• Good computer skills (in Ms. Office esp. Excel, SAP is preferred)
• Strong analytical, communication & influencing skills

5. Assistant Process Development Manager - Cikarang

Description
• Unilever render a proactive approach in expanding our Talent Pool - as a means of reaching out to prospective candidates while we don't have a current vacancy so that when an opportunity arises, we will get in contact to share more.
• We are now expanding our Talent Pool for Assistant Process Development Manager, who will assist the Process Development Manager in innovation implementation and Supply Chain improvement activities.
• This includes innovation on manufacturing methods, process, and plant / equipment, for new formulations and to develop solutions for manufacturing issues. It also supports loss reduction or capacity increase activities led by Supply Chain.
• The jobholder will be responsible to help managing the local Supply Chain support program in collaboration with other relevant parties to ensure implementation of global / regional innovation on local level.

Key Requirement
• Minimum Bachelor Degree, majoring Chemical Engineering.
• Experience in process development area is preferable.
• Max 30 years old.
• Having technical skill as per below:
Manufacturing: operations, equipment, excellence methodologies
Process development and technology transfer
Process safety
• Strong leadership and good teamwork.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written
• Willing to be placed in Cikarang factory.

6. Assistant Packaging Development Manager - Cikarang

Description:
• Unilever render a proactive approach in expanding our Talent Pool - as a means of reaching out to prospective candidates while we don't have a current vacancy so that when an opportunity arises, we will get in contact to share more.
• We are now expanding our Talent Pool for Assistant Packaging Development Manager, with some key responsibilities as per below:
• To Assist Packaging Development Manager in coordinating and organizing the implementation of category packaging innovations to ensure smooth execution in the factory and related parties in order to achieve fast and right first time launch and re-launch and promotional activities of local and regional sourcing projects.
• To assist Packaging Development Manager in setting up appropriate systems and processes of packing operation in the Factories and their third parties to ensure that the goods are produced within the agreed standards at the most cost effective way, fulfills the standard of productivity, Quality and SHE and follow good manufacturing best practice in order to support Operational Excellence
• To assist Packaging Development Manager in working on Cost effectiveness projects
• To implement ISO, QSHE system and TPM through daily activities in order to achieve exceptional productivity and QSHE compliance

Key Requirement:
• University degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Physics, Packaging Engineering / Technology or other relevant science with GPA > 3.00
• 1 – 2 years experience in packaging development field or in packaging manufacturer.
• Max 30 years old
• Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
• Good interpersonal skill and able to work under pressure
• Willing to be placed in Cikarang factory.
