Koordinator Customer Service
Jawa Timur
Main Duties:
• Perform customer service work processes according to the SOP (Standard Operating procedures)
• Responsible to the Head
• Minimize customer complaints
• Willing to carry out the instructions given by the leadership
Details of Main Duties:
• Coordinate to other departments
• Monitor the performance of the customer service team
• Ensuring smooth operation and security of customer information
• Create a report that can be justified to the leadership
• Accommodating, provide solutions to problems and coordinated to the leadership
Requirements:
• Minimum education S1 all disciplines of Science
• Minimum age 35 years
• Computer literate with good MS preferred. Office
• Have the ability to communicate and good public speaking
• Look attractive
