PT Mcconnell Dowell Services melalui Lowongan Kerja Batam saat ini sedang mencari yang berkualitas kandidat:

1. QA-QC Inspector

Responsibilities:
• Assist in implementation of Project Quality Plans, Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) & Project Quality Control Procedures
• Accountable for the performance of QA/QC inspection/tests and status marking of products processed
• Conduct daily surveillance inspection and highlight Quality issues/concerns identified
• Issue Nonconformity Report (NCR) for any Quality issues not in compliance to the Project Requirements
• Assist in the review on Quality documents and Inspection & Test report
• Coordinate with the QC Coordinator in all QAQC matters and activities
• Attend QAQC meetings with Clients/Subcontractors/DNV as required

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma (D3), Bachelor's Degree (S1)
• Possess certificate of Welding Inspector or CSWIP.
• Required skill(s): familiar with process piping/structural work, able to review p&id isomectric, Quality documents & Inspection Test Report.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Batam.
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.

2. Welding Supervisor

Responsibilities:
• Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in welding and cutting of products and structures
• Applying knowledge of welding and cutting techniques, materials, and equipment, and fabrication requirements
• Analyses work orders and blueprints to determine need for supplies and sequence of operations required.
• Requisitions supplies, such as weld rods, gas, flux, and fixtures.
• Inspects work or confers with Welding Inspector to maintain specified standards and quality.
• Trains workers in operation of equipment.
• Set up machines or make trial welds to make test runs and experimental products.
• Supervise brazing and soldering operations.
• Supervise workers engaged in making tubing from flat steel strips by electric-weld process and be designated Welding Supervisor
• Important variations include location of workers supervised, such as in-plant, workshop, construction site.

Requirements:
• Minimum Senior High School (SMA) / dilpoma (D3)
• Must have welding experience with SMAW and FCAW
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Supervisor
• Ability to work and lead in a team environment
• Ability to train, coach and mentor employees
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience with ISO principals and procedures
• AWS Certification in training, inspection and welding processes strongly preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated problem analysis and resolution skills

3. Account Executive

Responsibilities:
• Handle full sets of Accounts
• Preparation of Monthly and Annual financial reports
• Dealing with external auditors to ensure the statutory financial reporting meets the regulatory standards
• Maintain proper accounting records and ensure that monthly reporting is provided to management on a regular, timely and accurate basis
• Preparation of the supporting schedules of the tax return and reviews the tax computation

Requirements:
• Female
• Maximum age 30 years old
• Hold Bachelor Degree (S1) from reputable university, with GPA min 3.00
• Having at least 3 years experience in Accounting (full sets) or Auditing from Audit Firm
• Excellent communication in English is mandatory both verbal and written.
• Proactive, having high integrity and deligentness
• Good understanding in Indonesian Tax Regulation.
