Lowongan Kerja PT Tirta Investama (Danone Aqua), mulanya bernama AQUA Golden Mississippi didirikan pada tahun 1973 oleh Tirto Utomo, sebagai produsen pelopor air minum dalam kemasan di Indonesia. Pabrik pertama didirikan di Bekasi. Setelah beroperasi selama 30 tahun, kini AQUA memiliki 14 pabrik di seluruh Indonesia. Pada tahun 1998, AQUA (yang berada di bawah naungan PT Tirta Investama) melakukan langkah strategis untuk bergabung dengan Group DANONE, yang merupakan salah satu kelompok perusahaan air minum dalam kemasan terbesar di dunia
 
PT Tirta Investama (Danone Aqua) melalui Lowongan Kerja 2013 mengundang individu professional dan berpengalaman untuk mengisi beberapa jabatan dibawah ini:

1. Management Reporting and Cash Analyst Manager
Closed Date : 26 November 2013

Responsibilities:
• Providing a meaningful, accurate and timely management report
• Providing  a clear explanation on Company’s financial performance and key financial figures
• To be actively involved in cash flow management in order to support Company’s KPI
• Ensuring sound internal control over Management Reporting & Cash Flow Management areas
• Ensuring compliance of accounting treatment with IFRS and Group Accounting policies
• Able to liaise with external audit – with minor audit adjustments
• Other tasks as required from time to time by the superior

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree (S1), Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
• Strong analytical and influencing skills are required to identify business improvement opportunities and drive change.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English and Indonesian
• Reliable person, proactive, open, honest and co-operative
• Able to maintain working performance under pressure

2. Channel Activation Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:
• To assists Manager to develop quarterly plans & evaluation including budget allocation
• To apply strategy in developing each segments of Away From Home with relevance to sales incremental
• To initiate and develop Merchandising unit from concept to final design for in & out store merchandising unit for various segments within Away From Home channel.
• Reviewing the competitions programs and promotions.  Provide field input & report about the product, displays, and consumer promotions at retail on the Market Visits activities.
• Maintain the project administration by good coordination with Purchasing (PO creating process) & Finance (Budget Monitoring process).
• To provide report on monthly tracking performance for AFH Flagship outlets and budget spending and investment performance in Flagship outlets.

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree (S1), Master's Degree (S2) / Post Graduate Degree, any field. Communication or Marketing background is preferred
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
• High sense of ownership for the own area of responsibility
• Good analytical and numerical skills
• Decision making & able to react fast to changing environment
• Good knowledge on commercial systems and company’s policies
• Ability to perform well under stressful deadlines & situations
• Enthusiasm, Highly positive and constructive spirit; Dynamism
