Job Description:
• Coordinate operation car
• Provide and monitoring office supplies usage and control expenses
• Coordinate Document Management
• Monitoring in-out letter, courier expenses
Requirement:
• Male
• S1 or D3 from reputable university
• 1-3 years experience in General Affair
General Affair_02 - Jakarta
Job Description:
• Arrange and control HTI’s expatriate license
• Hotel booking and ticketing
• Office Building Management
• Coordinate Company Event
Requirement:
• Female
• S1 or D3 from reputable university
• 1-3 years experience in Secretary for Expatriate, Office Administration
Logistic Plan Supervisor - Jakarta
Job Description:
• Control business license and manage the renewal activities.
• Conduct review forwarder “Quality Cost Delivery Management” (QCDM) and Feasibility Study (FS) for new forwarder.
• Handle custom clearance issues and the lawsuits.
Requirement:
• Male
• S1 or D3 from reputable university
• Min 5 years experience in Export – Import Logistic (forwarder will be advantage).
• Max. 35 years old.
• Active English is a must.
• Understand Government Agency Custom, Minister of Trading and Industry.
• Deeply understand Customs Procedure of Clearance and others.
• Having the knowledge and ability in handling Import License.
• Have a good communication skill in order to negotiate with government officer.
Sales and Purchasing - Jakarta
Main Job:
• Carry out a series of purchase and sales tasks such as prepare purchase order, sales contract, quotation, prepare invoice, control order status, control shipment & delivery schedule, manage order forecast and inventory.
• Filling and recording all documents related with business activity.
Requirement:
• Male
• S1 or D3 from reputable university,
• 1-3 years experience in Sales / Export-Import / Trading / PPIC.
