Graduate Development

Description:
• Recruiting, selecting, and hiring high quality talents to ensure that MontD’Or have sufficient talented, early career professionals both in technical and operational expertise.
• By performing this program, MontD’Or will ensure its contribution to the nation in building national capacity in oil & gas industry by providing university graduates opportunities to experience ‘on the job’ in MontD’Or operations in Indonesia.
• The program will last for 2 years and during the period all graduates will be employed under Employment Agreement for Definite Period Employment status

Criteria
We will select 2 (two) participants for Geo-Science and 1 (one) participant for Engineering with the following criteria:
• Indonesian nationality
• Fresh graduates with minimum GPA of 3.4 (of 4 scale)
• Fluent in English
• Leadership and involvement in extracurricular activities and on-campus organizations
• Pass MontD’Or’s selection process
