Quality Assurance Staff (Pharmacist)

Responsibility:
• Set standards / procedures, programs and schedule calibration, qualification and validation
• Setting up a protocol and work sheet calibration, qualification and validation
• Setting up the need for facilities, the implementation team and coordinate program implementation
• Implement the program according to the procedures / protocols that have been approved and recorded activity data
• Prepare a report of calibration, qualification, validation based on the data of the program, reporting to the QA Supervisor including any problems that occur during the execution of the program
• Storing and controlling document calibration, qualification and validation

Requirements:
• Pharmacist from reputable university (S1)
• Have a STRA (Surat Tanda Registrasi Apoteker)
• Having min 1 year experience in calibration, qualification and validation in the pharmaceutical industry
• Have a good knowledge in cGMP
• Have a good analytical skill, high initiative and discipline
• A detail oriented person with high integrity, dynamic, innovative and result-oriented person
• Fluent in English Passive and active (oral & written)
• Willing to be placed in Semarang
