IT Operations Staff
Responsibilities:
• Management practices and procedures, Airplane applications, Terminal Emulators and the data communications technologies such as DSL, ISDN, Leased Lines, IP VPN, Frame Relay and ATM.
• Able to support and troubleshoot Ethernet networks , understand how to install and configure servers and workstations
Requirements:
• Maximum 30 years old
• Hold minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Information Technology or Engineering from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.00
• Experience minimum 1 year in related position
• Knowledge and understanding about LAN protocols, WAN infrastructures, ITIL, Service
• Proficiency in computer (Ms. Office)
• Fluent in English both written and oral
• Good interpersonal and organization skill
• Proactive, initiative, result oriented, and problem solver
• Willing to be placed in any our sites (Balikpapan, Banjarmasin, Manado, Semarang, Solo, Jogja, Lombok, Kupang, Biak, Ambon)
