Junior Web Developer
Job Description:
• Develop web including planning, coding, testing, debugging, and deploying in an Agile team environment with an emphasis on TDD.
• Build and maintain, modify, and update web, frontend and backend applications.
• Provide technical assistance.
• Assist in continuous process improvement.
• Working directly with product teams to manage requirement.
• Pair programming.
Responsibility:
We are looking for talented software engineers. Our office practices agile development methodologies - building software in a pragmatic and sustainable manner. We start the day standup meeting at 9:30 and try to end it with a cool beverage around 6:30. The in-between is filled with pair-programming, test-driven development, a bit of foosball, and bonus point for refactoring messy code.
Our weekly Tech Talk lunches are where we discuss new ideas and refine old ones. They are also a good opportunity to gain experience as a speaker in preparation for conferences. We provide the lunch; you provide the conversation.
Requirement:
• Fresh Graduate
• Job experience with at least one of the following languages: Java, C, PHP, Python, Ruby.
• History using one of the following databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL.
• Understanding of front-end CSS styling.
• Having a Github account with some hobby projects is a plus.
• Contributing code to an open source project is a huge plus.
• Must be willing to pair-program.
