R&D OFFICER
FACTORY TANGERANG

Main duties:
In charge of designing new products, developing new technologies and improving existing processes.

Requirements:
• Male or female
• Bachelor (S1) or Master degree (S2) from mechanical, electrical, chemical, product design, physics, math or industrial with min GPA 3.0
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Preferably with experience, especially from tire manufacturer
• Computer literate and Proficient in English
• Able to speak mandarin is an advantage
• Understand root cause analysis system and AutoCad
• Finite Element Analysis skill is an advantage
• Able to operate CATIA and MasterCAM CNC machine
• Innovative and excellent analytical skill
• Problem analysis and problem resolution at both strategic and functional level
• Willing to be located in Factory Tangerang
