Customer Care (Health Insurance) (JV1403014)
Responsibilities:
• Handling customer inquiries and complaints related to Health Insurance.
• Resolving issues related to customer needs.
• Cooperate with other parties to help resolve customer problems.
• Ensuring that all incoming customer complaints can completed.
• Maintain the customer, socialization and customer visit.
Requirements:
• Male/Female, maximum age 35 years old;
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma's Degree (D3)
• Minimum experience 2 years in General or Life Insurance especially in handling Health Insurance;
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal Relationship Skill;
• Having good initiative and responsive personality;
• Computer Literate (Word & Excel);
• Proficient in English both oral & written.
