Finance Planning & Reporting Manager (Code : Planning & Reporting Mgr)

Jakarta

Objectives:
To determine and implement financial analysis, controls and reporting systems by ensuring that all matters related to the financial integrity of the company is done properly in order to serve PT NIS objectives.

Responsibilities:
1. Report Performance
Responsible for all financial elements in the company such as:
• Ensure timely reporting of financial statement and balance sheet external and internal.
• Provide timely and accurate forecasts for budget to the Top Management
• Providing the management with month-to-month analysis on the overhead spending, Sales
and COGS.

2. Budgeting/forecasting
• Responsible for the timely and accurate budgeting and forecasting / updates activities to
ensure budgeting / forecasting process are efficient and effective through:
• Efficient planning on the activity process
• Coordination with all department to obtain accurate inputs
• Roll-up, review and analyse all data
• On time submittal to Finance director for review

3. Working capital monitoring
Monitoring working capital to ensure in line with the budget planning

4. System development, improvement and compliance
• Develop, implement and continuously improve current PT NIS financial system and
processes
• Supervise compliance on finance policies and procedures on all financial transaction within
the company

5. People development
• Regularly review performances of the subordinates, recognize achievements, and identify
opportunity for sub-ordinates performance improvements.
• Provide coaching, training and job rotation to develop subordinates skills and knowledge
• Maintain basic functions organization structure and revise structure to support dynamic
changes

Requirements:
• Well-known Indonesian university with master in Finance (overseas experience is a +)
• Experience in controlling and/or accounting for at least 5 years
• Fluent in English and Bahasa
• Experience with SAP and Hype nion highly appreciated
• Excellent skills with Excel & other Pack Office applications
• Used to a fast moving environment
• Leadership, willing to learn and be developed, open-mind, team player, good relational skill
