Direktur Operasi Anak Perusahaan (DO)
Requirements:
• Min S1/S2 majoring in Engineering
• Experienced as a Director/GM or related position
• Experienced in the field strategic managerial in their field
• Have a good business plan development and senese of business
• Understanding Risk Management, MK3L Management, and costs estimated
• Experienced in the production management of asphalt / pre-cast / steel
• Have a good knowledge of Business Process, Work Method, Industrial Regulations & Legal
• Have a good knowledge of Project Management, Product & Materaial Management
• Have a good skill in the development of suply chain management
Direktur Investasi Anak Perusahaan (DI)
Requirements:
• Min S1/S2 majoring in Engineering
• Experienced as a Director/GM or related position
• Experienced in the field strategic managerial in their field
• Have a good business plan development and senese of business
• Understanding Risk Management, MK3L Management, and costs estimated
• Able to create investment analysis in the field of realty
• Have a good skill in the development of realty/property
• Have a good knowledge of Business Process, Investment Management and Contract Management
• Have a wide networking with banking, financial institution, investors
Direktur Keuangan & SDM Anak Perusahaan (DKS)
Requirements:
• Min S1/S2 majoring in Economics
• Experienced as a Director/GM or related position
• Experienced in the field strategic managerial in their field
• Have a good business plan development and senese of business
• Understanding Risk Management, MK3L Management, and costs estimated
• Have a good knowledge of Business Process, Financial Reports Analysis, Funding Management
• Have a good knowledge of Banking Management, Business Portfolio Management, and Investment Management
• Understanding the control of cash flow and taxation
• Have a good knowledge of Human Resource Management
Senior Manager Asset (SMA)
Requirements:
• Min S1/S2 in Engineering, Economic or retaled field
• At least 5 years of manageroial experienced in the field of assets management
• Have integrity, customer focus and professional in their field
• Have a good business development capabilities
• Have a wide networking related to asset development
