1. ID_CCSD Cycle Planner (Job Number: 130004T4)
Requirement:
• Bachelor degree (S1)
• 1-2 years experience in related field and have a good analytical thinking
• Strong interpersonal skills and good communication skills
• Computer literate (Ms. Office)
• Proficiency in English
Main Responsibility:
• Provide CCSD team wth accurate and timely Category/Channel/Customer understanding by interpreting and analyzing both commercial and market research data
• Managing promotion flow and as the guardian for the promotion process from planning to monthly communication to sales and input in Distribution Management Solution (DMS) 1
• Coordinate with CCSD Dept., Marketing Division, Finance Division and Field Sales
• Support in development of Category Channel Plans by providing Category & Channel trends, latest developments and analysis
• Assist CCSD team in creating fact-based selling stories by providing relevant Category, Channel and Customer information
• Support CCSD Team with pre and post evaluation of trade promotions/activities
• Support CCSD Team by reporting execution performance and sales performance vs Plan for Category, Channel and Customer initiatives
• Provide appropriate datasets for ICP Meeting inputs to all senior stakeholders in advance of ICP milestone meetings
• Ensure adherence to all Company principles and policies
2. ID_Channel Modern Trade MM CVS (Job Number: 130004T3)
Requirement:
• Bachelor Degree (S1)
• Preferably having experience in Sales Operation, Trade Marketing/CCSD, or Marketing
• Strong interpersonal skills, leadership skills, negotiation skills and good communication skills
• Computer literate (Ms. Office)
• Good communication in English
Responsibility:
• Develop & implement a strategy for Nestle Business in a specific trade channel ensuring alignment of both consumer and trade activites
• Understand the channel's dynamics and channel customers - manage insight on shoppers, customers and competitors
• Responsible for managing Nestle activities in the channel
• Develop plans for all major categories within the channel
• Implement effective trade schemes for the channel
• Monitor promo implementation via sales force
• Competitor activity monitoring
• Responsible for managing the budget for all trade activities within the channel
• Monitor trade spend and analyze effectiveness
• Market Visit
• Periodic Product Assortment review for each category within the channel
• Ensure implementation of merchantising guidelines
