Lowongan Kerja PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk (Packaging Division) for flexible packaging and PT Surya Rengo Containers for packaging carton. This division supplying packaged Indofood various operating divisions and guarantee the quality and timeliness, thereby ensuring a stable supply chain. In addition, the division also serve third-party customers both in the domestic and international markets.

1. Electric Technician
Jakarta

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma (D3), Bachelor's Degree (S1), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
• GPA min 2.75
• Age max 28 years old
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Engineering - Electrical or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.

2. Accounting Staff

Jawa Barat

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree (S1), Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• GPA Minimum 2.75
• Age maximum 27 years old
• Having experience will be an advantage
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Good ability in Ms.excel and Ms.office
• Willing to be placed at Cakung or Purwakarta
• Full-Time position(s) available.

3. Industrial Relation

Responsibilities:
• Having a good communication with stakeholder (union, government, APINDO or other interested parties) to maintain good relationship.
• Implementing and controlling media that used in relation with employees (bipartite/tripartite, mushola/mosque, sports centre, ceremonial, canteen, policlinic and cooperation)
• Mediate discussions between employer and employee representatives in attempt to reconcile differences and counseling the employees.
• Held exit interview and hand over inventories
• Socializing and controlling policies (PKB, HR Policies, Company Policies, juklak)
• Monitoring & Renew license related with labor (K3, etc)
• Handling social issues in relation with communities & industrial
• Planning for activities and employees development programs

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree (S1), Master's Degree (S2) / Post Graduate Degree, Law or equivalent.
• At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Willing to be placed at Cikampek, Purwakarta, Jawa Barat
• Full-Time position(s) available.
