Officer Development Program (ODP) Express

Requirements:
• Min S1 from any background with min GPA 3.00 (prefer from Accounting, Business & Finance, IT, Sales & Marketing)

Officer Development Program (ODP) Logistic

Requirements:
• Min S1/S2 from any background with min GPA 3.00 (prefer from Logistic/Transportation background)
General Requirements
• Male and Female with min 25 years old and max 32 years old
• Having work experience min 2 (two) years – min Head Unit level
• Fluent in English (oral and written) with min TOEFL 450 (TOEFL valid certification must be attached)
• Able to operate computer, min Ms. Office programs
• Having good initiate, communication, managerial, presentation and analytical skill
• Having achievement orientation, impact & influence, relationship building and developing others personnel attitude
• Able to work under pressure and able to reach target
• Willing to go to business trip
• Willing to be posted in all around Indonesia
