1. Hammer Technician - Balikpapan

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities
• Under general supervision receives established instructions on routine work and detailed instructions on work activity
• Responsible for minor maintenance of equipment
• Works with Customer Representative on routine matters at the rig
• May provide a record of all assemblies as run at the well site to the Customer Representative and promotes and maintains good customer relations
• Executes all required responsibilities safely and as described in Managing Base Operations, Managing Well Operations, and Managing Equipment and Logistics manuals
• Performs other related duties as required
• Conducts all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes

Essential Qualifications / Requirements:
• High school diploma (D3) or equivalent
• 2 years experience in onshore or offshore Hammer
• Industry experience and product line training required

Preferred Qualifications / Requirements:
• Thorough understanding of basic oil and gas industry
• Good mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work well and communicate well with others

2. Sales Manager - Jakarta

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
• Responsible for ensuring technical training and transfer of technical knowledge / expertise to Geomarket Sales and Operations
• Provides technical support for new product launches and new service introductions
• Responsible for product testing and analyzing and resolving customer complaints related to design
• May plan and manage Region Fleet/Assets (tools, trucks, etc) and be responsible for adequate distribution and allocation of the resources/assets
• Collaborates with Geo market Sales and Operations, Region Marketing/BD to develop and champion product design improvements
• Ensures proper planning and application of technology
• Administers and audits key technical processes
• May assist Geo market Sales in the preparation of bids and in engaging customers for input in the design of products and services
• Trains Geo market Sales and Operations and customers on new products and services
• Collaborates with Geo market Operations and Sales to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction and meet growth targets in Geo market

Essential Qualifications / Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Management
• 8 years experience in business development and sales for drilling services tools.
• Preferred Qualifications / Requirements
• Thorough technical background and focus on a particular area of expertise (e.g., acoustics, deepwater, etc.)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Oil & Gas experience in relevant product lines
• Working knowledge of multiple product lines offered in Geo market (desirable)
• Extensive background in highly technical roles at Baker Hughes desirable
