IT SUPPORT
To provide a wide range of technical issues relating to hardware, operating systems and applications onsite to non technical audience in order to ensure that the problems are dealt with promptly and appropriately according to standard procedures
Key Accountabilities:
• Respond to enquiries from users and help them resolve any hardware or software problems by providing necessary training and/or advice as well as escalate more complex call to the relevant technical support source where problems cannot be resolved in house
• Maintain records of any software or hardware problems detected and keep track of new developments in troubleshooting, software and hardware
Requirements:
• Education: bachelor’s degree in in the field of computer science, information systems or related fields
• Knowledge: Considerable knowledge of Windows XP, Windows 7, Outlook and Exchange, Patch Management, Anti Virus
• Experiences: Two to five years experience as a IT support or IT Helpdesk
