1. Mechanic
Kalimantan Timur - Balikpapan
Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
• Maintains assigned trucks, ships, and related surface cabin equipment in accordance with operating specifications
• Routinely welds, paints and refurbishes equipment
• Conducts mechanical inspections
• May use moderately complex diagnostic equipment
• Reviews procedures for assembly, disassembly and test verification accuracy
• Analyzes and interprets data from environmental tests and troubleshoot equipment problems
• Analytical ability to find solutions to difficult technical problems
• Maintains records
• Schedules maintenance of equipment
• Maintains equipment records and filing systems as part of quality control and assurance programs
• Inspection and disposition of parts and equipment
• Compliance with HS&E policies and procedures
• Handles special projects, as assigned
Essential Qualifications / Requirements:
• Technical diploma in Electronic or Electrical
• 1+ year maintenance related experience in electro-mechanical function
Preferred Qualifications / Requirements:
• Certifications preferred but not required: A / C certification, electrical maintenance, Stationary Engineer
• Some electrical experience on 3 PH480and single PH 120v
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, assembly prints and parts lists and follow formal procedures and maintenance practices
• Knowledge on hydraulic circuits and ability to troubleshoot faults
• Proficient in the use of multi meters, megohmmeters, hi-pot testers and other basic instruments
• Basic level of analytical ability to find solutions to complex technical problems
• Advanced computer skills
2. Account Coordinator
Jakarta
Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
• Assists with the development and implementation of sales strategies for a specified geographic area, business unit or product line
• Assists with the development of short and long range sales goals
• Leads activities of sales personnel
• Maintains and services some key accounts
• Handles special projects, as assigned
Essential Qualifications / Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in related technical Engineering
• 4+ years experience in Account Management for Coil Tubing
Preferred Qualifications / Requirements:
• Comprehensive knowledge of appropriate company products / application and services to customer requirements and competitive market in the scope of responsibility
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good negotiating skills
• Demonstrated understanding of sales process, ability to build strong relationships and close business
• Good knowledge of commercial issues
3. Coiled Tubing Engineer
Jakarta
Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
• Under broad direction provides onsite services by measuring, testing, and supervising the running of fluid mixing and pumping, including technical analysis and specific recommendations for controlling fluid properties
• May make sales calls on the field and field office level or accompany Sales Representative performing the same function
• May train and direct work of entry level engineers
• Conducts all business activities in accordance to Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values
Essential Qualifications / Requirements:
• University Degree in Engineering or Applied Science required
• 2+years experience
• Completes required learning activities in Phase 3 of the LEAD Field Engineer Development Program
Preferred Qualifications / Requirements:
• Proficient in running multiple applications in at least one product line with a basic understanding of applications in other product lines
• Ability to work and communicate well with others
