Customer Service Supervisor
Responsibilities:
• To bridge communication between client, customer, and operation team
• Handle customer in order to minimize level of customer complaints
• Represent good image of the company by mediating between customer enquiry and operation capability
• Weekly and Monthly report , monitoring shipment , tracing and tracking customer
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma (D3), Logistic, Mass Communications, Commerce, Marketing or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): computer literate, good communication skill, have knowledge in warehousing management and distribution, administration skill.
• Required language(s): English.
• Computer literate.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Cibitung.
Admin Data Entry (Cibitung Based)
Responsibilities:
• Interface between warehouse activity and system databse
• Entering accurate information into the SAP system in order to produce corect inventory database
Requirements:
• Male
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma Degree (D3), any field.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Have experience in operating SAP System is a must.
• Have good knowledge in logistic or distribution.
• Good computer skill, especially in excel spreadsheet.
• Willing to be placed in Cikarang.
Inventory Clerk (Cibitung Based)
Responsibilities:
• Interface between warehouse activity and system databse

Responsibilities:
• Able to be responsible for accounting activities and to run a procedure in accordance with the existing standard of Procedure Control
• Control and monitor invoices
• Monitor activity and ensure accounting report is in conformity with the actual accounting
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma (D3), Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• At least 1 - 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Have a good knowledge in account payable or account receivable
• Familiar with accrual system and accounting software
• Required skill(s): administration and good in Microsoft Excel spreedsheet
• Required language(s): English
• Concern to details, analytical thinking, can work under pressure, and fast learner
• Willing to be placed in Cikarang
Transport Coordinator (Cikarang & Cibitung Based)
Responsibilities:
Transport Coordinator will be responsible to ensure the smooth distribution on day to day activities of the site and to achieve the agreed performance targets as agreed with customer
Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1), majoring Transport Management
• 6 month-1 years experience in Logistics (Warehouse & Distribution) Operations
• Have capability to know area jakarta
• Experiences in Logistics/distribution processes and supporting systems
• People management skills; ability to work with others and influence them to accomplish objectives
• Able to work under pressure and work shiftly.
• Computer literate (MS Word, Excel and Power Point)
• Willing to be placed in Cikarang and Cibitung.
