Responsibilities:
• Responsible for handling auto insurance claims customers
• To supervise the filing of a motor vehicle insurance claim from submission to completion of coordination with Headquarters and Workshops Partner
• Help handling the administrative process of filing insurance claims motor vehicle to the Central Office / Branch LippoInsurance
Requirements:
• Preferred educational background Automotive / Administration / equivalent

• Master the basic techniques of computer applications ( such as : Ms . Word , Ms . Excel , etc. )
